In Greenwich, outdoor dining at the popular Trafalgar Tavern is under threat from the Labour council clamping down on it. Over in Wandsworth, Labour continue to oppose the al fresco dining on Northcote road that proved so popular a few years ago. Why does Labour hate fun? Emma Best and Andrew Boff asked the Mayor:
