Grooming Gangs: why won't Sadiq Khan answer?

The Mayor tried his hardest this morning to avoid talking about grooming gangs, going as far as to try to refuse to provide an oral update to the Members when asked. Susan Hall AM asked him anyway, and all he could do was try to spin it as a story about county lines. When is this Mayor going to answer the important questions about grooming gangs in our city?
